Success #BlogFlash2012 Day 10

Success in our house is measured in the little things. Hours of sleep, ounces gained, and rolling across the room to get a favorite toy are all cause for celebration. Success will be sitting up on her own and taking those first steps. For the three year old success includes a great day at preschool, learning to ride her bike, being able to (almost) count to twenty, and singing the alphabet song. It will be writing her name and learning to read. Watching my girls earn their success is my joy.

  1. I so know where you're coming from. It was a long time ago I was celebrating those sorts of successes with my daughter, but the successes continue even into their twenties. To me, I would much rather celebrate her success than mine!

    Lovely post! :-)

  5. How beautiful! I agree in every way. I've found great success in enjoying my children's achievements and happiness. I love being a mom. Now that I have two grandchildren, they have been added to my joy and it's fun to do the "little kid" stuff again.

Your girls are so adorable and look just alike! They must take after their pretty mommy. Cheers to a good night's rest! :)
